July 17 Deadline For 2011 Carolina AM

1) Deadline for registration for this year’s Carolina AM Golf Tournament is 12:00 midnight on Sunday, July 17th.
2) Both registration form and payment must be received to be officially registered.
3) If you plan to use a caddy, please let me know.
4) If there are any special spectator requests, I need to be advised. Spectators can rent a cart for the normal fee from Verdict Ridge.
